The Technique
This form of meditation is easier to practice than other forms of meditation which require prolonged periods of maintaining a blank mind.

Practicing Transcendental Meditation will be taught over four weekly lessons of 1 hour.

Ongoing practice by you entails two 15 -20 minute meditations per day for optimum benefits. make each day a good day.
